FAQ'S

What does a destination wedding planner do?

A destination wedding planner is responsible for planning and executing all aspects of a wedding taking place outside of the couple’s home city. This includes researching and booking venues, providing travel arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all details are taken care of before, during, and after the wedding.

What are the benefits of hiring a destination wedding planner?

The main benefit of hiring a destination wedding planner is having a professional who can handle the details of your wedding while you relax and enjoy the process. An average couple, without a wedding planner, spends over 300 hours planning their wedding, much of that time is spent venue and vendor searching. A planner not only helps you save you time, money, and stress by taking care of all the logistics involved with a destination wedding but they can provide guidance to ensure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be.

Where are you based?

We are destination wedding planner and thus are not location specific, however our head office is located in London with satellite offices in India and North America. We have experience in planning destination weddings for couples who are located all over the world in geographic locations in all 4 corners of the world.

What wedding planning services do you offer?

We offer a variety of wedding planning services, including venue selection, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, budget management, and overall event coordination. We can also provide additional services, such as wedding day management, wedding rehearsal dinner planning, and post-wedding activities.

How big is your team? How many weddings do you do?

We are a small boutique wedding planning company and only take on a limited number of clients per year in order to give each couple our full attention. You will work directly with Reena to ensure that nothing gets lost in translation. There will always be a team on site for your destination wedding, the size will depend on the scope of the wedding.

How early should we start planning our wedding abroad?

For a destination wedding the earlier the better! Anywhere from 9 to 12 months before the wedding date is a good time to start planning. We have weddings booked in for 2 years from now with couples who want to secure their venue and their planner well in advance!

How much communication will we have?

We will have open communication throughout the entire planning process. We will be available via phone, email, or text and can provide regular updates on the progress of your wedding. Our schedules are flexible to fit around the commitments of our clients, with the exception of when we are on site at a wedding.

What are your packages and pricing?

Unlike many wedding planners we do not have set packages. All of our proposals are “bespoke” and have been customised to take in your requirements that best fit your destination wedding and your wedding planning needs. Our pricing is a flat fee based on the scope of your wedding, we feel that this the most honest and transparent way, so you know exactly what to budget for without any surprises. Travel fees will be in addition to our wedding planning and coordination fee.

Are wedding planners only for the rich and famous?

No, wedding planners are for everyone! We work with all budgets and are committed to making sure your wedding day is a day to remember.

Why should I hire a wedding planner for my destination wedding?

When hosting a destination wedding, we highly recommend that you hire wedding planners, as each country has their own rules and specificities. Through experience, wedding planners gain knowledge when it comes to their local vendors and suppliers, and therefore they know best whom to choose, to ensure that you only receive the best service at the best price.
